Roy Coates of 26 First Ave, Royston, Barnsley, South Yorkshire S71 4DA orered through ebay a hair thickening spray for his balding head, he ordered and paid for the item at 13:35pm on the 10th October, we packed and shipped the goods to Roy the same day (3:45pm shipped). We then recieved a message through Ebay stating he wanted to cancel the item, we explained that the item had been shipped and even though our policy is not to accept returns. We did make an exception and ask Roy Coates of 26 First Ave, Royston, Barnsley, South Yorkshire S71 4DA to post the item back when he received them for a refund.
He then sent several messages telling us he had cancelled the order the same day as ordering it, when we pointed out the facts, Roy Coates got extremely cross!
On going to Ebay, we discover we have an unfair and fraudulent negative feedback from Roy Coates. Stating, "did not accept cancellation too expencive sellers p&p would be charged". How can we accept cancellation when the order has been shipped? Roy Coates is a moron and must have an IQ of 1!
As you can see Roy Coates is a liar and not to be trusted. Avoid this scammer!

We have proof that the goods had been dropped off at the myhermes collection point BEFORE you found someone else on Ebay selling the same item but cheaper, so you tried to scam the ebay system and us with your lies and deceipt.
You are a dead beat buyer and I will do my best to inform others of your activities. We did everything even offering you a refund WHEN the listing stated no returns! You said no and then left negative feedback. I gave you the opportunity to retract your feedback and you told me no, proving how unprofessional you are.
Roy Coates is a liar and a cheat - not to be trusted.

Please be advised that I will be contacting both eBay and the BBB in Birmingham, Alabama regarding your complaint against me. You know as well as I that the cancellation was put in before the item had shipped per your message sent via eBay messaging. It was not until later that you informed me that 'the item, unfortunately, has shipped'.
No, I was not happy to have to ship back the order I had cancelled at my own charge. However, because you made an exception, I relented. The real problem was that when I received my item, it was postmarked October 15, 2014. This means not only had you not shipped it when I contacted you about cancellation, you didn't ship it until five days later. This is fraud hence the negative feedback.
Now I see this message regarding me with my name and location. Not only do you include personal information, you call me a moron with an IQ of 1.
Please contact me. I will be waiting for restitution regarding this matter.
