I couldn't agree more with the people who filed complaints before me. Royal camera is a bunch of rip -off artists with rude salespeople & misleading prices.

I ordered a canon digital rebel for $679 online. The lowest price on the web. I should've known something was fishy right there cuz it sells from about $800-$1000 everywhere else. The reason I order online is to not only get a good deal but to avoid pushy salespeople as well. Next thing I know, I get 2 e-mails & 2 phone messages saying that i need to call them to confirm my order. So I called them. No response the first couple times. than finally on the 2nd day they did.

The sales guy (don't know his name) right away started pressuring me to buy the usual extras like an ext. warranty (only $400), memory cards(supposedly cheaper than local stores but weren't) & a battery w/charger. I said no to the first two & told him I thought it already included a battery. He said nope. It's gonna cost you an extra $220. I said "no that's ok". Than he got real rude & said in a snotty tone "Well, how you gonna use it then?" I already was disgusted with this jerk, so i said "I just want the camera" "I'll buy everything else later." He said again rudely "where you gonna get it at?" I was like "best buy". Than he says "They don't sell them there" "Nice try though" I couldn't believe what i was hearing. I was like what a complete jerkoff! I couldn't believe that someone who could potentially make a $700 sale would have the nerve to talk to a customer that way! I immediately told him to cancel my order & he said "are you sure?" I said Yes! He said "fine" & hungup.

How they've managed to stay in business this long is beyond me. Avoid these guys like the plague! They give internet business a Bad Name & are rude & insulting to the cutomer. They should be shutdown & from what i've read about them, investigated as well!
