on 8/15/07 I was contacted by james kilner of royal finance, he said i was approved for a low intereast loan, explained the payments. 0n 8/17 james gave me the contact person (Vilmar mile) to send a 1,000.00 western union. my check was delayed by weather in chicago.
so on monday the 8/20 I contacted him and he gave me a different name this time he gave me (david thombs) and I couldn't do the 1,078.00 so they said to do 978.00. they told me I would get my money in 48 hours. On monday the 28th I called and wanted to know what was happening, james said the loans are set up for 2,000.00 down and it was a mistake. and they needed another 1,000.00 I got it from my mom and sister and sent it to them the same way on 8/29/07. James said I would have it in 3-4 hours, at the end of the day he said I would have it the next morning.
After carefully reading the loan agreement, it says 2-4 business days to process, then 24-48 hrs to deposit funds, well here it is 9/10/07 and nothing yet. i have left countless messages and faxes, and always get a recording on"all our clients are busy at this time, please leave your name and phone number and we will return your call. James at one time had said i wouldn't have payments for 6 months. odd, since the loan agreement says after consistant monthly payment after three months you will get your deposit back.
