..is find a good patent attorney. Any "service" that claims to help you get a patent is 100% SCAM.

It cost me about half of what you paid to have a legitimate patent attorney help grant me pending status..and he is located right across the street from the US patent office. I don't know if there are different procedures in your country, but here we can do most of the patent searches ourselves and save a fortune. It takes time but if an invention qualifies for a patent you do not need any rip off "service". If the invention does not qualify, there is no service on earth that can change that. So why use one?

I know in this country there is not always much you can do when ripped off like this other then report to the FTC and cross your fingers... but if in your country they have stricter protection for it's citizens regarding these types of rip offs..maybe something can be done to find recourse.
