Royal savannah cats PG savannahs Fraudulent sales over 1500 is a felony Not available Internet

 Found these so called breeders of savannah kittens for sale. Signed contract buying a little female kitten for $1,300 plus $250 for shipping. We wired the money. On the day she was to have arrived , we got a call from the shipper saying we needed to wire additional $1,500 for " insurance" which was not included in contract. And that the kitten was being held in Iowa. There is another website called PG savannahs, with same kittens for sale. We don't know how to proceed or stop these people from bilking other honest people. Any suggestions? Thank u
