I own my home that has more than 200,000 of equity. I was looking for a 50,000 loan to rehab another property that I purchased in cash... So more equity I have. They play a good customer service at the beggining until they sell you a apprasail for 450.00 and then declined your application.. When you call them they never returned your call.
