Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
They are selling Canon 10d digital camera for $1,099, which is rather cheap(prices differ in the 1,300-1,500 range). But the don't warn that it is only a replacement body, without software, manual, charger and all the other accessories, which are always included.
When I tried to clarify certain quastions by phone the viciously mimivted my accent(English is my second language) and insulted me. I tried several times: each time they bahaved the same, never answered my questions.

Royal sells Canon EOS 20d at 900US as against 1300/1500US of the best other web stores.
I wrote an email to ask for more details and they replied to only one of my five questions; I insisted and they replied to another question (out of the four remaining); I insisted and the replied to another few but not to all of them.
In addition, I wrote to info@royalcamera.com and I received anwers from royalcamera@aol.com and their mails were never ever mentioning the name of the writer.
I did not go ahead.
