RP Funding Be Very Cautious In Dealing With RP Funding Maitland Florida

I am a real estate agent that has has had many mortgages of my own, plus helped consumers obtain their mortgages since 1978. I just had a closing 2 weeks ago. Not only did the title company think this was the most pleassant dealing that they ever hve with a m ortgage company but my client and I feel the same. I have never seen a company, bank, etc. treat their customer as well as he was. He was well qualified for a mortgage, and they were happy to get him instead of him planning to originally go to a credit union or bank. He was approved by all 3, but RP Funding gave him the best percentage rate, and also paid for is appraisal and gave some credit for his closing costs.

I can guarantee you that those 6 bad comments were people that had lousy credit, or did not do things they are asked to do. My client got his papers together and had everything to show in a timely manner, and they were able to not only do things on time, but days ahead of his closing ALL things were in order.

As a real estate agent I have dwelt with plenty of sleasing real estate agents, banks, funding companies that have ads on TV how quick and easy they are, and they they rip people off, but RP Fnding does exactly as they said. From start to finish we were amzed how good the process was. Believe me I have seen hundreds and hundreds and know what I am talking about. I would recommend them to anyone.

Plus you can do a refi for NO COSTS. I mean 0, from start to finish. I am going to do that on a rental property I have . They pay all your state and local costs, appraisal, survey, etc. You pay NOTHING. Instead of wasting money on the ads like the lying companies and I could name names too, of bait and awitch, they dop exactly as they say.

Anyone that says this company does not do as they say is a LIAR for sure. Check exactly what happened and you will find a dead beat.

On top of all the great service they gave my client, they told him about a company that carries  plenty of i9nsurance companies to pick from. He did not know what company to go with. Turns out this is a comapny with AAA ranting and he has a great insurance po0licy that I coun ot have found him as I live in Pinellas county and the home was in Orlando.

I will say that some of the real estate companies I dwelt with in Orlando are some of the corrupt I ever have had dealings with. That you should beware, but RP Funding, if you miss going with them, you stabbed yourself in the back..money wise, time wise and a great experience wise. Don;t believe these lies. When I saw them I said I can;t believe these LIES. Like I said they are dead beats, nothing else can be the case. as this place is so professional and honest with the client.
