RPM Auto Sales, Inc. "Jeff" at RPM Auto Sales charges learning disabled mom 3k more than car retails for and tacks on 25% interest Lansing, Michigan

At this dealership, the employees do not give out their last names, so I only know that man who sold my handicapped daughter a vehicle for at least $ 3,0000.00 above the Retail value was named JEFF. He claimed that the higher price was due to my daughter's low credit rating, but he also charged her a 25% interest rate on top of the price of the car. My daughter handed this man her pay stub that stated she makes $235.00 a week cleaning buses. She also has two children to care for. Her car payments are weekly and are half of her work income. On top of this, she has to pay insurance for full coverage of this vehicle. JEFF said he was willing to lower the price of the vehicle if I would co-sign on the car for my daughter. There is no way I would do that with such a crooked business. It is so sad, because my daughter, who appears to understand things but does not understand money and has a low reading level was so happy that she got this car all by herself. This makes me sick that people do business this way. I am pretty sure it is illegal as well.
