RPM-CO.com David Jernigan, Shannon Jernigan Deposited $7000 into their bank account for a trailer...they promised delivery and all I got were continual LIES Old Town , Florida

Dave at rpm co ripped me off for $2000. Dollars. Dave is a theif. He has another web site 4trailer.com and rpm-co.com Buyer beware. Thief will never get ahead.  They dont return your call after the agreed 15 to 21 days to build your trailer. After that Dave Does not know you anymore. John Lowey

I had to drive 300 miles to get my trailer though rpm promised to deliver it to me in Michigan this rpm trailer guy is so desperate to cover his shady business practices and poor customer service he fabricated a review on merchant circle about me that isn't even true.....if you do buy a trailer from rpm set up an escrow account and don't give him a nickel until you get your trailer....and dont accept a faulty title like he gave me....my advice is to save yourself s lot of headache buy a trailer from someone who will actually be grateful for your business....so ironic this Jernigan guy is too busy to return my calls a paying customer but has the time to respond to this rip off report

Steve did not contact me from an advertisement, but 2 previous customers of mine which purchased dump trailers from me.

trailer was delivered to the location you instructed driver. in perfect condition as ordered.

we cannot control drivers. there was no specific date of delivery.

as stated, to get good delivery rates drivers have other obligations as well.

there is no managing consulting company (not sure what that's about)

the $7000 payment was not made as agreed upon, instead of single payment to get the great deal you got,  it was drug out almost 2 weeks then a partial payment was made. you did not hear me comment on that action.

as for you pushing my wifes name constantly is out of line, you never met her, nor spoke to her at anytime. but you insist on throwing it out there unjustly, partner or not.

i still can see no reason you feel ripped off, you got a great trailer at a great deal.

i apologize for not taking the over 40 calls you made to me, the driver was in contact with you, in fact even commented about the overwhelming amount of calls you made to him.

again, this is an unjust report. you received your trailer as ordered!

The Plot thickens.  Dave Jernigan did not return any of my 100 + phone calls and he had a young kid call me who seemed distraught.  The delivery man said this guy " Dave Jernigan" has me running all around like crazy and I starting to think he is screwing me over.  Our agreed upon price was $7000 delivered.  Jernigan made me pay an additional $500 bucks and I had to drive 250 miles to meet the delivery guy.  Okay, so the last two days Dave Jernigan has emailed me telling me to take the bad reviews off line or else...He implied that he would come to where I lived and he referenced my family as if to threaten their safety.  His wife Shannon Jernigan is a managing partner in the business I can't believe a woman would stand by ldly and let this all go on.  RPM-CO trailers owes me $500 that I'm sure that I will never see.  I am going to file complaints with the Florida attorney general and send them a copy of all of the email correspondence.  I'm afraid for my life.
