   Extremely Creepy Owner John Ruprecht (behaves like a KKK member) is FIXATED on AA tenants, running a junior-high/mom and pop business, with no overhead, is quoted as saying "She(the AA) doesn't have any rights!".

Ruprecht started doing "clean sweeps" of African Americans apt, just three days after tenant moved in, complaining about EVERY inch of the apt (ALL done behind her back). Ruprecht (has received numerous warnings to stop) continues to do clean sweeps, instructing his fixated ALL WHITE Supremacist male contractors to do daily "inspections" so the men are stealing from the refrigerator, stealing from kitchen, cooking on top of stove and leaving food stains, taking 40 minute Breaks in her bedroom, stealing medical documents, repeatedly trying to steal private WIFI and watch TV, sampling, etc. They're ALL behaving like creepy 13yr old Klansmen, daily stalking the AA female. 

    APPLIANCES:  The HVAC is 35 yrs old and the owners are refusing to replace it. The gas stove is leaking gas and elevated Carbon Monoxide, the owners are refusing to replace it. The winter gas bills are $160-$250 for a 650 sq ft apt.  The summer electric bills are $200. This apt building is a complete Ripoff with tissue paper floors, tissue paper walls, very drafty windows, etc. at $600-$650 monthly.
