well well peter your full of s**t just like 99% of other real estate agents... your a liar and dont you know it.. you have not paid fcontractors for over 4 months mate and a report has been forwarded to a current affair.. you have been name and shamed.. drive around in your stuck up merc which you dont own yes thats right finance owns it you piece of s**t, your a cockeyed c***sucker who will get what you deserve trust me on this and police can not do anything so i suggest you hide in your little office and pull your little p**is you turd muncher...

Dear Gerry,
It was with much embarrassment that I met with the owners of Wattle Rd along with yourself (and I note that you forwarded an invoice for your time for this) as the work that you were engaged to do on an ongoing basis was sub-standard.
We engaged another contractor and paid well over $1000.00 in order to have the garden reinstated to a satisfactory standard.
We note that you are owed $266.75 and we will pay this however, for your reference, we do not respond to threats of violence that you have emailed to us and also posts that are defamatory and factually incorrect.
