My son and I bought $17 worth of Runescape money from these people, using paypal to make the transition. But they never delivered the goods. They have a slick website, but none of it's true.

Their "live chat 24/7" is perpetually broken. Don't expect it to work tomorrow or ever.

They don't return any e-mails, and they have no phone number of mailing address.

Ugh!
