People have been threatening to slander me and my company if I did not pay them blackmail. My lawyer has already issued his response. Our work is valid and stand on its own.

I have sent you the public records of Mr. Behrens thats shows He has gone to court and lost some 156 times. How could his reputation be worse than that?

I explained that I have never invested in his company. I never gave my equipment to Mr. Behrens. I ask you to send proof but you have refused to do so.

This is Fraud. Its been almost 3 years that Mr.Behrens has had my equipment. He has sent me a little over $300 in 3 years for the lease of my equipment. I would say his product does not work like he said it would. He told me I would have 300% return on investment. This is not true. All the information that was sent to me for the last 3 years says that his product does not work anywhere near what he says it would. If it works at all. he has since quite sending any payments

You say that I cost Mr. Behrens money but for what product? I have waited almost 3 years for his Product to work. In 3 years I have made almost $300 for my $15000 invest in his equipment that he is trying to steal.

If you have my $15000 and I have not recieved almost nothing in return. This is stealing.

If you have anything with my name on it as part of a investment/ownership its because it has been forged. Anyone one can do a background check on Mr. Behrens can see that everything I have said is the truth.

I will forward all information on to the Attorney General. I think this information will help save other people. i don't belive thier is anything that I have said is untrue. This information is to help save people money and not have done what has been done to me.

Here is a email were Mr. beherns admits he took my money and spent on something else

"I planned to use your dome and that generator to start a cash flow. Naturally, I included you in that business as well as the fuel business and was going to get you a new dome.

The litigation I was having with these people who owed me money kept the PNY project on hold. I won the case against them but I haven't been paid yet.

I needed money to keep the project going and pay lawyers until this was settled. I had assumed Chip was sending the money, as the e-mail indicated. He did not.

I did not intend to cheat you. I was working on the project full time and all the funds were used to that end. I gave you the equity because your funding kept us going and I planned to finish your dome when Chips money arrived. I was not too concerned when it didn't come because I had the settlement money coming and could finish your dome with that.

That is what happened and I will make it right soon.

Dear Mr. Kramer:

As you are aware, this firm represents Mr. Rudolph Behrens with regard to an on-going business dispute with you, Mr. Clint Kramer.
The dispute involves a business arrangement whereby Mr. Behrens agreed to supply certain equipment to you. Rather than take delivery of said equipment, you first agreed to lease the equipment to Andromeda Green Energy, LLC (“Andromeda”), a company controlled by Mr. Behrens, then ultimately to contribute the equipment to Andromeda in exchange for a minority equity stake in the company.
By no means did Mr. Behrens steal from you, as you have alleged. In fact, when you were not satisfied with the returns on your investment, Mr. Behrens first offered, through this office, to return the equipment to you. When that did not satisfy you, Mr. Behrens then offered to refund your money, in full. Unfortunately, when you were not happy with the very reasonable terms under which this refund was to be paid (namely, (1) that you remove any and all defamatory comments made by you, whether in your name or under an alias; and (2) that you consent to jurisdiction in Mr. Behrens’ home state of Pennsylvania), you turned that offer down.
Any assertion that Mr. Behrens stole from you is untrue and defamatory. I have repeatedly urged you to engage your own attorney to explain your legal rights to you. Unfortunately, you continue to publicly defame Mr. Behrens.

The damages caused to Mr. Behrens’ reputation as a result of your conduct far exceed the value of your purported investment. I now write to tell you that Mr. Behrens will no longer engage in any discussions with you about a refund of that investment. I have advised Mr. Behrens that he is welcome to post this letter, but other than that, he should cease any public response to your comments. Should you continue to defame him, I will advise Mr. Behrens to seek legal action against you.
