They supplied me with almost 4000 dollars of tile and when it was discovered by my installer that the lot numbers were mixed, I was sent replacement tile by the manufacturer free of charge. After months of re submitting my claim for labor cost to cover removal of mixed tile and grinding down the slab, I was told to sue them for the 1, 000 dollar claim even though I had receipts and pictures of the mixed flooring installed.

I requested 1 lot at time order was placed. They failed and refuse to correct due to their incompetence.
