14 October 2009 I pPurchased goods over the internet via EBay from Ruk Industries, two months later still not delivered. Sent numerous emails asking where the goods where and when I would receive same. No reply's. Ruk Industries are happy to take your money ($ 579.98) but when it comes to service, nothing.
