I was trying to cancel my son's subscription. After entering all of my demographics with credit card info it prompts you to submit to cancel. Once you click on the submit button the page is redirected to "404 Page not found
Sorry , the page you were looking for was not found". It's easy to sign up but it's hard to cancel.

Why do you enter your CC info? Don't they have it now?
Can your CC cancel for you via a written chargeback request?
If they bill thru your CC, change to a new CC account number & then disallow them to charge you?
