Runescape Via Jagex "THEY ARE RIPPING US OFF" Cambrige , England jagex.com via runescape.com Internet

My sons have had an account with the online game Jagex via Runescape for over a year now. I have paid for the membership on my credit card, which is a reacurring expense of $10.00 dollars a month for both my sons. I have always heard about my sons friends being hacked in these accounts. Well, last night my son told me someone hacked into his account and changed his password. I said ok, I will get up tomorrow and contact them, and also cancel your account. This account is linked to my credit card. It was EXTREMELY HARD to talk to anyone concering this account. On the site it's a link you can push for "Recover Password." I tried that link. You need to have the password. The password was changed, so you can't use that link, but they tell you this link is to recovery your account, if you forgot your password, or your account was stolen. Well, that link don't work. They have another link. It's called "Recovery Questions." This link is set up in the beginning of you becoming a member. It suppose to help you recover your account. It does not help. As soon as you try to use it they ask for your name and password. Again DUMMIES ( I'm talking to the jagex via runescape) the password was STOLEN. Then they have a link you can use to contact the moderators on the site. As soon as they here you have a problem like the one I have they direct you to Jagex, Jagex don't exist. I looked them up on the internet. It said they were located in Cambridge England, and also in London. The local, or international directory do not have a number for them as well. Please make sure everyone is aware of their activities on the web.
