RuralWest - Western Rural Broadband, Inc. Vandenberg Broadband Double Billed - will not respond, office empty; coorproate office will not assist Bellevue, Washington

This company has double billed me and will not assist. The local office is locked and thier voice service will only say "Doreen is out until further notice." Corporate office will not assist, they keep telling me I have to deal with the local office - the one that is locked. In addition, there are often problems with the actual cable service that they do not address. Do not sign up for service with this company; use one of the other providers, this one is trouble. They do business on Vandenberber Air Force Base, California and Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado and are ripping off military members!
