Sometimes in late November, 2019, I got a charge for $54.00 fro Rush Messenger Service.  I have used this company sometimes in 2017 and that was it.  This time I have not used Rush Messenger for anything.  I was in the middle of 500 things and I wanted to follow up with the company on the unauthorized charges on my Credit Card, but eventually forgotten about that unauthorized transaction. The amount was not significant, so I could not afford the time to deal with it.  

Sometimes in late September, I got another charge from Rush Messenger Service. This time is was for $12.00. This is not good. Rush Messenger Service in Bonita Springs decided to randomly charge my card without any service performed and / or my authorization.  

This time, I have disputed the charge with my Credit Card company.  The problem is that my credit card had at least 30 automatic payments set up on that card.  During the investigation, my credit card was frozen and by the time the new number was issued, many bills has bounced and resulted in the many late fees.  It took me about three full days to call each company to change my Credit card number.  It cost me a lot of time and a lot of money.   

If it happens once, one may say it is a simple clerical or billing error and it keeps happening to me and costing me a lot of capital and inconvenience.  The second time around, it is not a clerical mistake. What Rush Messenger Service of Bonita Springs is doing is not legal and basically, a rip of the individuals who did not order any service, but got their credit cards charged and I underline again without any authorization.  Buyer Be Ware.
