Our mortgage holder switched FROM Roundpoint Mortgage Servicer to Ruahmore Loan Management. Since the switch, they have added fess and charges to the account. They constantly call our phone to inform us that even though the mortgage payment has been paid for the month, there is an added fee that was not paid. Pay our mortgage on time monthly, but there is still an late fee and or charge added to the account.

Have talked to these folks till they are blue in the face to no avail. Wish the company that holds the mortgage would of stayed with Roundpoint.
