Rushmore Loan Management Services They are adding a scam "Hazard Insurance" to my monthly statement Irvine California

Rushmore Loan Management Services purchased my mortgage. After they purchased my mortgage we did a loan modification. They have since added what they call "Hazard Insurance" for more than $115 per month. I have homeowner's insurance already and did not agree to purchase any additional insurance services from them.

I sent a message to them on my online account asking them to remove the additional charges, and to send me a new statement reflecting the changes. It took them six days to send me what looks like an automated response telling me, "We understand the urgency and your concern is under review". It has now been more than three weeks since I sent the original message and I have not heard back from them. So I sent another message telling them I need an answer immediately as my payment is due, and have heard nothing.

It is my opinion that Rushmore is attempting to bully me out of 100+ dollars per month or face forclosure, in either case trying to rip me off for more money than they have coming.
