Russ Phelps, Russ Phelps stole my money, and stopped taking my calls, though he would answer to others Del Mar, California

Russ Phelps lured me into a project with his copywriting information question survey. He agreed to the project, and charged $7,500. I agreed to a 2 part payment. He communicated until he received the full payment, and then disappeared. I sent emails from other aliases, which he responded to. Once he found out it was me, he disappeared again. I visited his "home address" and discovered it was a PO box in Del Mar.

I was contacted by other individuals about a class actin lawsuit. (He was ripped off for $2500.) We figured we needed more victims.

No matter what he says, Russ is NOT an honest businessman. Seems he is now working for Infinity Consulting out of Hawaii.
