Rustic Pathways They never returned funds on a trip they cancelled. Mentor Ohio

We signed our daughter up for a trip with Rustic Pathways for the summer of 2020. We paid the total amount in full. I understand they cancelled the trip as a result of Covid, but the bottom line is that they did not refund us with the money to us and did not provide us with what we purchased. At this point they are simply stealing money, and refuse to return my funds. This is a very simple case. We purchased a product and they never delivered it. Then in their documents it indicates their willingness to provide a voucher.

Unfortunately, that is of no interest to us as this was a gift for my daughter as a graduation present. N. I understand that Rustic Pathways might be experiencing some economic hardship as a result of Covid, but it is not my intent to donate funds to their cause. Even if I had the ability to make a donation, I would think it would be my prerogative to determine what causes I find worthy. Not for a company to unilaterally determine for me, how to spend my money.
