RV Wholesalers Will not return deposit, when they failed to deliver Lakeview Ohio

I have since gotten an apology from Mike (Below).It takes courage to say I was wrong and let's make it right.

I was wrong route in perusing this, before starting all this I should have driven down to their office and talked with them. We may have been able to come to an agreement without all this. I am only 2+ hours away. Now I would just like all this to just go away, as this should not be posted anymore.

When you post to pissedconsumer or ripoff report, it is just about impossible remove. I hold no animosity or bitterness towards RVW or its employees. I apologize to RVW for not going a better route.

Paul - first off i do apologize for the comments that i made. i had just gotten off the phone with a credit card company and i was fired up - then i read your email but honestly thats no excuse.

i try to live as a christian and that definitely hurt my testimony. you are right - the fact that the unit couldnt be built would have been grounds for giving you your money back. our issue was that you guys went and purchased a different brand and just told us that you were out. i would have liked the opportunity to sell you something else.

your solution now is rational and i do agree with it. i will tell my parts people monday that you are to get a 1000 store credit. if you wish to purchase other items over and above that - it would be appreciated. if you would get any and all negative stuff off the internet today and remove the bbb complaint asap that would be awesome.

We went back and forth on this issue. They thought i just bought a 5th wheel from someone else and them and just decided tho switch companies. After explaining the circumstances involved and that and the second order was after their failed delevery. I also explained the rush. We were going Full Time first week in December and had sold everything.

They returned our money and since i have done additional business with them. Ultimatly I just wanted this taken down like it never happened but I guess the policy at Ripoff report is never to remove even if you are the author of the report.

Due to issues of both being hard headed we had issues. Now that both Mike and I have talked about the issues we have settled the dispute with them and I am now doing buisness with them again and would recommend them to anyone who needs an RV or anything else.
