Ed with RVnUSA will not return my phone calls, email or fax. Everything went ok with the rental. When we dropped it off there was another couple ready to pick it up. Ed said every thing look great and he would send out my deposit right away instead of waiting his standard 14 days. I am still waiting now 6 weeks later and counting.

Ed finally returned my deposit after I hired a lawyer to pursue my claim. It took more than 2 months and many hours trying to track Ed down. He never did respond to any of my correspondence; e-mail,fax,or phone calls.
