RVTL Customer Service is impossible Palmdale California

I requested a free sample of the RVTL Anti-aging Cream from this company and then they continued to send me more of the cream  without asking me and also kept debiting my account after I had requested no further creams be sent to me.  They were charging me $79.95 for something that I had requested be cancelled.  When I finally got through to a human in the customer service department I simply asked that the creme no longer be sent to me.  The representative kept trying to convince me that the cream takes 3 months to see results and kept offering to lower the cost.  I went back and forth with him for 30 minutes simply asking that my account be cancelled.  He went on and on about giving it 3 months and to call them back if I am not satisfied with my results.  I was getting so frustrated that I was about to simply hang up, but I didn't want the product to keep coming.  The customer service was far from courteous.
