Secure Financial Services offered low interest credit card if we paid them $249.00. In return they would deposit $500 into our acct. having asked for our acct. number to do so. Also promised 2 airline tickets w/in U.S. and television.

RX Financial offered same thing but different dollar amount up front. Government grants promised us grant money in the amount of $8,000- 15,000 if we paid $449.00 and we could do this every 6 months.
