We have done a database search in our customer database for the first name "Betsy" to find a Betsy from Mississippi, USA.

I found the customer in question and I can see that she disputed her credit card payment.

This would not have been necessary, had she contacted us about the problem in which case a full refund would have been issued.

All our customers receive detailed instructions how to contact our customer support team in case they are unhappy with their order or with a problem resultion.

For further information about this case, all prospective customers are welcome to contact our support team.
