The paper I reciceved in the mail talks about making money and can start for less than $65. Then once you get what they call a kit, which is nothing more than a couple picese of paper and a book that tells you the cost to get started and a monthly fee. THAT is totaly dishonest. I want to get my refund as it said for any reason a 100% satisfied. Now the said I have to send the book back , I had all ready throw it away after seeing the cost of all..

I'm very sorry you feel that our company has ripped you off in any way, shape, or form... It shows you received a full refund with in 2 weeks of notifying our company (with in 30 days of your purchase) and it was mailed to the address you placed on the order from. ************************
Our records also show you cashed the refund check on Oct. 23 2015 check # 1150. (We can provide proof of the scan copy from our bank records to jog your memory in case you forgot you received a refund.)
You are right about the one statement you made, In order to redeem a refund from our company, we do ask to send all the material back to our company, just like every other major "big box" company requires... We sent you out our marketing material including 2 booklets, and DVD's and our company policy is if the someone wants a refund, you just have to return the product back to us, plain - and simple.
Our goal as a company is to satisfy all of our customers, and really regret you feel taken advantage of, and on the two phone conversations we had, you thanked me for honoring the refund after you misplaced it, So I'm a bit confused on why you have these feelings now... If you were looking for a "get rich quick" scheme, thinking $65 was going to be enough money to market any sustainable business. Well, I do apologize as that just doesn't happen, and even we say that up front.
We go out of our way to please all our our customers.
