Ryan Lenahan ripped us off and owes $435.00 to our company.  He never paid a single cent for services rendered!

We sued this deadbeat in small claims.  After all his big talk threatening to countersue us for "harassing" him this coward never showed up to court, never filed a lawsuit for the non existent harassment and still has not paid a red cent.  We are filing an abstract lien against his property.  He will be responsible for those fees too! 

We warned this moron we were going to sue him if he refused to pay.  He wanted to negotiate and pay less.  We refused.  He was a pain in the a$s to deal with from day one and we provided full services not discounted services, clearly a low rent non customer.  He's not a customer, because customers PAY THEIR BILLS!!  Ryan Lenahan never paid a single penny.  "A customer who does not pay is not a customer, a customer who does not pay is a thief!"  

Days prior to court we sent Ryan P Lenahan a reminder text message of our court date.  This mental midget full of bravado from the safety and comfort of his computer sends us a 'cease and desist from stalking and harassment' with an attorney cc'd.  Ryan Lenahan hopefully you pay this phantom attorney because you haven't paid us sh*t! 

Ryan Lenahan also posts a false review with the BBB (where we have an A+ rating) posts the following:    "***** is an extremely rude person who shouldn't be in business. He grossly overcharges for services NOT even performed despite being presented with video evidence of his pool technician not putting in the chemicals billed for. They basically rely on rich households who are not even home to monitor anything or hold them accountable.

Now I am in the process of countersuing them in small claims court after they repeatedly harassed and threatened me."   "***** is an extremely rude person who shouldn't be in business"  How are we rude?  For expecting to be PAID?  Do you work for free Ryan Lenahan of Corona?  Why should we not be in business?  For having the audacity to expect payment for agreed upon services rendered?
  "He grossly overcharges for services NOT even performed"  We charged him for the weekly pool services he agreed on and hired us to perform. 

Our rates are highly competitive and under market "presented with video evidence of his pool technician not putting in the chemicals billed for."  video evidence?  what a moron   "They basically rely on rich households who are not even home to monitor anything or hold them accountable"  Tens of thousands of satisfied customers.

Another false statement by Ryan Lenahan, the no show no pay non customer we have a judgment against.  Where's your phantom countersuit?  What tort did we violate?  What are your damages?  Oh wait, you had not claim, no case, just a tiny little man who talks tough from afar.

Talking with a friend of mine who knows of him says he is quite obnoxious and rather disliked on Facebook groups.   I'd think twice about dealing with Ryan Lenahan if you expect to be paid, expect Ryan Lenahan to take responsibility and not act like a complete coward.
