Laminate floor was not installed per/mfg instructions. Has left me with a noisy floor with an inconsistent feel (soft spots) and sounds like boards will snap when you walk on it. Thought the company was going to help me but now I'm getting the run-around. Excuse after excuse of why they can't come to a resolution. Have been trying to work with them for 6 weeks. They never call back, have to call, text, and email to beg for assistance.

Example of work: https://photos.google.com/share/AF1QipP1Bn4wnyg85mtHC8rQx2navWlIfGqqv5WWaF3Q6qHFNdfhOiuR2r4CbXc9pO0Z7w?key=OUdPRXVTcHQwYWhIV0VZRDBLLTRDbmVSaWNiYk13

I believe that failure to acclimate the flooring, and leaving it out in the humidity for 2+ days while the tile was removed, and for the duration of the job, contributed to the problem. According to the reading and research I have done, laminate floors are supposed to be acclimated before they are installed. I checked the manufacturer's site to see if the Bella Cera floors did not require this. Here is the link to the document on their site.
http://www.bellacerafloors.com/hardwood-floor/LaminateFIGuide.pdf
" Lay the unopened cartons horizontally and acclimate for approximately 48 hours in the area where the floor will be installed."

Was charged for 17 bags of floor prep at $52.63 each. The two small areas in the den where they used that couldn't amount to even half of one bag.

Someone was supposed to be out to supervise the job. No one ever showed up. If they had, maybe they would have seen there was a problem not following mfg installation instructions.
