Sabal Cove:Concord mangement Vivian and staff con artist...Shady stff Bradenton Florida

To who it may concern:

We are reporting Sabal Cove, Staff, Vivian who is shady rude and will con anyone, she comes out with this sweet person then she bite you. She and her office staff lie from the beginning and once they have you sign the lease. That when they start rude, unprofessional this is a fact look at their track rental practices, and firing of staff in the past year, that how Vivian got promotions to be property director with scaamming tenants. She controls all her staff, to lie for her. She is the most nasty lying person anyone can meet. Shell threaten staff and or tenant if they report her she going to make their life imposible, she fired one staff for marring her son, true that was my BF at the apartment unit, thereafter she fired all other staff that stood their ground then lied about them, I have first hand knowledge because the unit i live in the lease is in son one esle name due to my high income and settlement of 1.5 million dallors. She told me that if i didnt do as she says she get ride of me too. She is rude shady, she has many tenants on Section 8, who she allows their husband who are not on the lease live there too even staff who wife is on Section 8, getting public assistance he making good wages and he/she are living with their wife/partners, she has them lied too, that anyone ask that tey do not reside there ..we all know she lying as she trained her staff too. They give preference to tenant who are the yes madam...or esle your on the black list. That is fact...they charge a fee to people who are over income to fix their rental apartment that is a rip off , she got my for $1500 or I have had to move so I paid her..I want to report her to the bosses bout unable to get phone numbers or address for them.

We must stop this woman..from her lying rude robbing people here at sabal Cove....ask any former or current tenants and or staff, how this woman VIVIan is a nasty, slopply , woman.

Investigate her how she had people fired for defending themself...my boyfriend has been working with Vivian but she has him doing personal errands too, if he speaks up she report me to my Section 8 office that how bad we have it here. What are our right how we stop here ...even the new lady Maria is so scared of Vivian too.
