Saber-Cycle.com SaberCycle Sells defective product and does not stand behind their product Internet

This company sells defective parts.  I ordered a $180 ignition switch from them because they advertise they have been in business for over 20 years and have excellent customer service.  They also claim on their website that they back up their product if it is defective.  This switch broke 60 days after purchase and had only been used by my customer a handful of times.  SaberCycle refuses to acknowledge that the part is defective and will not even look at it.  Instead the response is that this part could not possibly be defective and that the defect would have been noticed by their staff.  I am logging this complaint so other business owners and individuals will not get burned by such a business that does not stand behind their product or treat their customers with the time of day.
