Safecart.com Speedy PC They keep using my credit card to minus charges for services I do not use!!!! Internet

I purchased a one time Speedy PC. software download from company and they were told not to proceed with using my credit card . I bought this and another virus protection package last December 2012.They continue to bill my Credit card for services I never used because I have bought another computer soon after which had everything pre loaded on it......I called but I noticed they are still continuing to bill my card for services they were told not to bill me for....
