I have left 5 phone messages in the last 2 weeks and still I'm waiting for a response. The heater in my tub is not working and I have a 97 year old father that I'm a caregiver for that uses the tub on a regular basis.

 

I am very dissappointed in Safeguard Tubs. If someone from this company is not able to respond to fixiing my problem with this tub, I would appreciate finding out who else can fix it.
