I called for info on a Dynamic 1500 infrared heater they advertised for $198.95,which was a great price.I had looked at them in TCS and really liked them.

When I called they answered the phone "Hello" {no company name ,ect.}I said what I was calling about and there was a silence,then the guy said "Do you want to order one?" I told him first I have a few questions.He got an attitude and cut me short.

Then when I tried to contact them on line,they got very rude and told me to shop somewhere else.What a way to make a sale and run a company! you can spend $250 on a product,No returns,and I was told if I didn't like it,I was stuck with it.
