Danny Marcus!! Danny Marcus!!  is a rep at safe soft solutions and it seems the only safe soft bet is your going to get your money taken away with out authorization. when we first spoke he was very helpful and answered all my questions and at one point he mentioned to me he would not run my card untill we spoke about my thoughts on the software it seems he was more worried about charging my card than anything else. Im really disapointed and when i confronted him about it he spoke with such attitude defenetly not the danny boy i met at first!!? If this is the kind of staff they have i defenetly dont want to work with. I thought we would resolve the issue but i felt he was more of a enemy than a care consultant. I hope management can return my money wich i never authorized to be taken out. I signed the first form because he said they needed the first payment of 75.00 to be ran and they had no other forms but not to worrie the 199.00 would not be ran after,  and only after i aproved of it. Not a man of his word.

Mr. Tarango purchased service for one user paying a total of $75.00 for his first month of service. At that time he was supplied in writing and advised over the telephone of our cancelation policy. We only require 7 days advance notice to cancel service. Much less than others in the industry.

His claim that we assured him no charges would occur after activation unless he verbally confirmed is completely fabricated. It was Mr. Tarangos responsibility to cancel service in writing no less than 7 days prior to renewal, as agreed to on the signed authorization form.

His account activity showed consistent use of the software during the month and we had no reason to suspect he would not continue service. Only until after he was charged for his second month of service did he contact Danny to advise that he would like to cancel the service. Danny again made him aware of our policy and he became very upset. As a courtesy, Danny offered to stop his service and credit his account with the entire amount for him to use in the future. Mr. Tarango did not accept the offer, demanded a refund and then immediately sent an email using profanity and making unfounded accusations in addition to posting information online with the sole intention of misleading future customers.

We do not believe Mr. Tarangos complaints have any merit and feel there was no wrong doing on the part of Danny, or SafeSoft Solutions, Inc. We warn any company doing business with Mr. Tarango or "Tarango Home Loans" to beware that he not only filed erroneous complaints, but became unwilling/unable to pay for services he purchased.
