This is a false/fabricated claim. 

We do not operatate our business that way and have NOT received $200 from anyone for services NOT rendered so we do not know what their reffering to but if this person exists we would glady discuss. 

Even if it was true however the person would not be out their money as credit card companies are always there to assist clients against such a situation through their dispute processes, this is another attrmpt by a company that keeps try to extort money from us. 

I was contacted via email to get this review removed for a FEE by an SEO company called Prominere ironically. If you google them you will find them all over the internet for scamming individuals.

They want thousands to remove the claim and keep contacting me. This is the 2nd time they have posted something in effort to get me to pay them money. When we refuse they post something new.

In addition, we cannot contest false claims with Rip Off report with out paying them $2000 up front.

We are not a carrier so if ANY damage occurs then the carrier has insurance and will compensate. I have NEVER worked with an uninsured carrier. The one time a carrier did have a problem with minor damage they took care of it and I assisted the customer with the process. We DONT block calls or hang up on customers in need of service.Unfortunately I have been a target by the above mentioned SEO company to extort money from and because I keep refusing they keep adding reports. They place them here because the only way to challenge it is to pay $2000 to Rip Off report which is absurd as well.

1st my company was not in business until Aug. 2012, we were NOT in operation when the alleged issue occurred in February 2011.  

2nd, We are brokers and do not touch the customers car! The carrier is responsible party for any damages and repairs. 

3rd, I was contacted via email to get this review removed for a FEE by an "Eric" at an SEO company called Prominere ironically. If you google them you will find them all over the internet for scamming individuals.

4th, This could be a mistake by the individual if its not an attempt at extortion as this individual might have been referring to Safeway AUTO transport which does have some negative claims and were in business at the time mentioned.

5th As of most recent I have been receiving calls from this SEO company again offering to help but and an exteremly high fee. (which since the claim was false to begin with, is they want to be paid thousands to "mayble" remove their false claim....extortion!)
