Safeway Financial Services Winning Final Notification M5V Toronto Ontario

Recieved the letter in the mail with the check and called the number to the claims disbursment agent Mr. Mike Martins. He told me to deposit the check. I did that they put a 10 day hold on it on it. I did not call him back until the check bounced. He said their lawyer would call me. It has been about a week. So I am guessing it is a scam to get out of people the $2,850.
Before it even clears the bank. When I looked up the address in Canada it said it was a universary. When I looked up the telephone number at least it was Canada.
