I was involved in a head on accident in july 2006, I was hurt and so was the passager in my car. I contacted Safeway Insurance company to report my claim. The other vehicle party didn't have insurance and was belived to be drunk. Safeway has given me a run around on this claim(which has to be filed under my unisured motorist). They haven't total my vehicle as of yet nor have payed for my personal injury. It has been four months since this accident and I still havn't got a car, i'm out of pocket over 1800.00 in rental car expenses to get to work. They don't return calls nor faxes in a timely manner.
