Sagamore payday loans Saga more A credit company keep calling me from 1-800-916-6917, stating that I received a loan from Sagamore, but I never heard of this payday company, or took out a loan from them. Internet

I keep receiving calls from a credit service, from 800-916-6917,stating they are trying to get me to pay off  a payday loan from Sagamore payday loan, from Sept 2011.  I have never heard of Sagamore payday loan, and I never received a payday loan from them. I keep telling the credit company that I never heard of the company, but I was informed that I will be taken to court, I was also informed that a notice was mailed to me,(which I never received), and informed them of such. Still, I'm being threaten with fraud, and, that I will receive my court date in the mail. This is a total rip off
