sahara company ehomeair.com When I had trouble with my fedders 12K Ac Mini-split they said they do not cover the warranty. We have tried to get repair work done on it and notthing works. It should have been replaced. Edoma, Minnesota

I purchased a Fedders 12000 BTU mini-split AC and when I needed warranty work because it did not work they did not help me a one bit. They had all kind of excuses. They should have replaced the whole unit. I am still trying to get it to work, but it only works partially. I am very frustrated and angry. I bought this AC and now I have not much to speak about. I wish someone could help me to get this unit replaced. They should have to pay for their consequences.

They are still very much in business. Warranty Repairs 800-332-6658. did your sale/installation contract(s) mention anything about the dealer being responsible for warranty issues? If not, then Airwell is the one you need to deal with. If you're now out of warranty period, but your issues began before that and you spun your wheels with the dealer, the mfr might still work with you, even if it means going thru their executive offices. But try the normal warranty number first.

How long have you had the A/C?
What is it doing/not doing?
Is the washable filter clean?
Sorry you're having trouble.
