I ordered a flat iron and have not received the product. I have tried to contact the company on mulitiple occasions to either get my product or my money returned. The only way to contact the company is through email and there has been no answer from the company to my emails so far. When I have went to the website to try and track my product there is no tracking number that comes up for my order number.
