My son bought a gaming computer off the internet through Raptortech and the computer was under warrenty well the graphics card malfunctioned and was unreplacable due to NOTHING of his faukt , the company for that graphics card no longer deals in it anymore so we were told to send the WHOLE computer back and we would be refunded , it has been SEVERAL MONTHS NOW AND WE STILL HAVE BEEN UNCOMPENSATED !!!
Everytime we speak to this Adam he gives us a PROMISE that I will receive my money back then we can no longer reach him and if by chance we do communicate with adam we get a song and dance that its now something with paypal he is waiting on , we held up our end and we returned their merchindise back we would like to receive our refund NOW !!
