They accepted my deposit in Oct. of 2011, I now have a Small Claims Court judgement against them and am trying to collect. These guys are the biggest rip off in town, they should actually be arrested, According to the treasury report on Section 1603 Awards they received over 3.9 million in funds just last August for solar work. As can be seen on line 218 of this report.
