Sam is a crook! He started painting our home, and because we weren't going to be around when he was supposed to finish the job, we paid him the full amount. He never finished the job, claimed he had a death in the family, then had pneumonia, then stopped answering calls or emails, and never finished the job, or contacted us again. He ran with our money. We hired a lawyer, and still no response from him. DO NOT HIRE HIM! He's a crook, and we learned we aren't the only ones he's done this to. Including the excuses he told us. He had used the same ones with the others he stole from.
