I paid Sam and Tina Watkins $150 (in August 2018) to promote me as musical artist and performer. 7

(seven) weeks after paying them they still have done NOTHING at all to promote me! I kindly asked

them for my money back and they told me to "NO!" and now won't return my messages. In short, they

took my money and did NOT perform the services advertised (at all)!  This constitutes "Wire FRAUD"!

I NEVER canceled the contract! Prove I did Sam!   However, I DID ask for a refund and they refused!

The contract states that they would...

1.) Receive an exclusive interview.  NOT DONE!  TWICE I was scheduled and TWICE they canceled at the last minute!  THAT'S when I asked for a REFUND...and the said NO!

2.) They would provide a video ad (on their website).  NOT DONE!

3.) Provide airplay on their VIP section.  NOT DONE!

4.) Provide a full page ad on the SWC newsletter. NOT DONE!

5.) Add a banner ad on their website. NOT DONE! 

6.) Provide twice a week promotions on all their social media sites for four months.  NOT DONE!

AND ALL STILL NOT DONE!

Read the attached portion of their contract!!!

WIRE FRAUD!!!  "LOCK THEM UP! LOCK THEM UP! LOCK THEM UP!..."

BUYER BEWARE!  LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE!!!

You make some very valid points. Two of your interviews were failures but I really do plan on making sure it doesn't happen a third time. The Artist Directory issue I was not aware of but that can be fixed in a few minutes, I do apologize though. As to my comments about the ISSA and Josie I can see where I was mistaken. I do have several artists who are involved with them and upon reading what you said and reflecting on my actions I now realize that I am basically alienating the people I work so hard for and that is wrong. I am wrong. Regardless of another organizations feelings about us I should not make my ITNS Radio VIP Artists suffer because of it. Therefore I will change the way I do this. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. You are a good man and very talented. I still want this to work out for us so if there is any way for me to fix it please let me know. I am very sorry. I only want the best for you and I will do better in the future. Tina and I would like to consult with you to make a plan of action so there are no further mistakes.   ~SW~

The business conducted with this individual was already deemed to be fulfilled and in no way fraudulent. A contract was signed by this consumer laying out all work that would be done for the amount paid to our company. He abruptly ended his contract when our company found it was not in our best interest to promote his appearance on another radio show and songwriting company.

We work with many other companies and radio stations and reserve the right to not promote competitors we do not work with. Everything else this consumer wanted to be promoted, we did. After requesting a refund, this consumer saw previous BBB reports that have already been resolved in the company's favor. In the 11 years that we have been in business, we have never had complaints until the most recent ones that have all been filed by a group of competing individuals to discredit our company.

We had a radio show interview set up with this consumer, but unfortunately, at the time it was initially scheduled, we had technical difficulties and were unable to conduct the interview. We reach out to the consumer immediately to reschedule this, but the consumer rejected our solution and asked for a refund. Our company has provided everything on the agreement and we are still willing to conduct the interview at any time. We have provided screenshots for proof, as well as the resolution of his complaint and request for a refund from Paypal, who did an investigation and deemed that all services agreed upon were rendered.

A radio interview custom tailored to your specifications (Note: All interviews are recorded and archived for your advertising and promotional needs).  

-There were some technical difficulties with his interview, so it was rescheduled.  We let him know and when we tried to reschedule he refused and said he wanted a refund.

Your music added to our music rotation at the VIP level

- It was added to the VIP (sponsored section).  All VIP music is played on our 24/7 station, iHeartRadio and Spotify. 

Your social media links on our website.  A full page ad in our newsletter with a distribution of over 60,000!

-Attached are screenshots

Promos on all our social media sites at least three times weekly.  We can greatly increase the number of "likes" on your Facebook page!

-All staff including our booking agents have shared his social media on their timelines on Facebook and our other sites.

Your press kit added to our press packet that is sent to venues nationwide for bookings.
