They called and said I would be arestted if I didn't return their call within 30 minutes I returned the call and ask what it was about they said it was for a loan I took out years ago and didn't pay back I never had a loan at the place in question I told them they need to contact my lawyer the man hung up I need to know if this is a scam.

No one can get any one arrested over the phone for debt because it is the creditor's responsibility, not law enforcement!
