Samuel E. Guzman Close Connects LLC, Coachsamuelg and Culture Jam Social media management marketing and advertising rip off Indiana

When I started with Samuel Guzman, aka Close Connects LLC & Culture Connects I was given a contract implicating that he was going to provide specific services. 

These services were supposed to be provided within a specific time frame. Myself and a few other of his clients have been disturbed with his lack of professionalism and disrespect.

He did not even get 15% of his contract with me fulfilled. He is on Instagram and Facebook.  He had very unprofessional communication  Skills in responding back to any and all business correspondence regarding contract and services.  It did not matter whether it was by text, phone call, direct message or e-mail. 

"I highly recommend not using his services unless you want to be conned."

Sad to say and I was is understanding as one could be during a pandemic with what he had explained.  He only took advantage of any patience and understanding.
